An interesting twist on tuna salad

Getting tuna with WIC is cool and all, but I get a little tired of the same ole mayo & relish tuna salad. I thought I'd spice it up today, so I looked in my pantry to see what was there.

If you're in the mood for something a little more exotic, try adding powdered ginger & wasabi powder!

It's really yummy.

Yes! I'm a huge sushi fan. I didn't add too much..just enough to give it a little kick.

Ahh...I like the sushi without the wasabi. I'm a wimp. I'm going to try this tuna salad and ginger though, I've been wondering what to do with all that ginger I have.

We make "Tuna Noodle Cassorolle" with ours.

tuna, ccream of ck soup(or other crm soup), and noodles!

Sometimes I add peas too.

Re: An interesting twist on tuna salad

I love tuna noodle casserole. My mom uses cream of mushroom soup and adds bread crumbs to the top. I love those hickory smoked tuna fillets you can get. I think I'll make some tuna salad today, but with the usual stuff.

*I haven't had sushi since I was pregnant and now you got me hungry for it. Hmmm, wasabi.
