I was such a chicken and couldn't get the courage up to do it for about a week, then finally i said what the heck, and gave it a try, i drank about an oz, waited 6 hours, then drank another oz, and like magic, baby was born the very next day! No cramps, no vomiting, no diarrhea, and i was expecting all of it, too. It worked like a charm for me!! I would do it again in a heartbeat!!
