Need chocolate p-nut butter ball recipie

I have bought the ingreadents to make chocolate dipped p-nut butter balls but I can't remember how much of each thing I'm supposed to use. I have bought butter, chocolate, p-nut butter and powdered sugar. I just need to know how much of each to mix. Thanks for your help.

Re: Need chocolate p-nut butter ball recipie

The recipe I have from a former coworker is as follows:

Chocolate Peanut Butter Balls
Makes: 4 dozen

3 cups graham cracker crumbs
1 box confectioners sugar
1 cup peanut butter
2 sticks margarine, melted
1 1/2 tsp vanilla

Mix above ingredients. Roll into balls.

In a double boiler, melt:
1/4 bar parafin wax (to help prevent the chocolate from melting in your hand)
1 12oz pkg chocolate chips

Dip balls into chocolate and place on wax paper to dry.

You can melt the chocolate chips/wax in the microwave (just be careful to stir frequently).

You can also find other Buckeye recipes on recipezaar. I just noticed it takes semisweet and milk chocolate. The recipe I always used was only semisweet. SO just look in the recipezaar search engine for buckeyes and you should find one

That was similar to the one that we did as kids. But one thing you can do to save you time on the chocolate is to buy the kind of chocolate coating like people buy to dip strawberries in (it's sold in blocks on the baking aisle), and then you don't have to deal with chocolate chips and parafin.
