Guardianship papers
Anyone know anything about these and what they hold for anything...like what they are allowed to do if they have them and so on...maybe any laws regarding them in MS? how long they last and so on

You should contact a lawyer to answer your questions. You would just get a lot of *I think I once heard* opinions here, and it doesn't sound like that is going to cut it. I know it is torture waiting for a weekday, but I really think a lawyer is your best bet.
