I agree with pp about maybe doing a dream feed or 2 in the night. with my youngest ds we thought he had a weight gain problem in the beginning and we did not let him go longer than 4 hrs in the night. It does sound like you are doing great though! keep it up, you CAN do this!!

i know this was posted a few days ago, but i wondered if you had tried pumping and seperating hind/fore milk?

i had to do this while A was in the nicu and it really worked
