Help! Night nursing question

DS is 3 months old. For the past 4 nights, he has been nursing every 2 hours during the night. We co-sleep, so it's not a huge inconvienence, but I'm not getting much rest. I am hoping it's a growth spurt...but how long do those last? He used to go 4-6 hours at night. He also has a cold, so I'm not sure if that's involved in the change, but he doesn't nurse more frequently than usual during the day. Any thoughts/suggestions?

Re: Help! Night nursing question

It is probably because he has a cold. He'll probably get back on track when he feels better. My children always nursed more when sick or teething. You're lucky...I think at 15 months I don't get 6 hours straight at night lol

ETA: If it is growth spurt I would guess maybe a week.
