Diaper Swappers

Ok. My ds has been sick lately so was nursing pretty much all night long (before he was sleeping through the night since 6 weeks). Last night he decided he was going to sleep through the night again!

I woke up so full and I pumped my right side right away and got 6 oz. I then fed my ds on my left side. He has ate 3 times on my left side already and it hurts so bad! My breast is really hard and hurts to touch.

What is wrong with me and what can I do to ease the pain?

ETA: I tried pumping and nothing comes out either!

maybe try a hot shower

Hot shower and try to hand express if the pump isn't working. Don't want a clogged duct!

Well I went to the dr. because I was in such pain. I couldn't even hold ds because anything touching the boob made me

Dr. said it was a plugged duct and to keep nursing him as much as possible and in different positions.

We nursed off the hurt side all day and pumped the other side. Around 10:00 tonite we finally had relief! I think he unplugged the duct!!!!!
