I've tried the detergent thing. I first was only using Sportwash and he got a rash. I'm currently using Charlie's soap and he still gets a little red. I haven't totally given up on my hemp yet.

I second the suggestion for Dream-Eze. They are SUPER absorbant.

People around here say you should order a size up because of massive shrinkage. . . I guess since we started in smalls, it didn't feel like they were super small. . . We need to move up to mediums. but we're gradually moving up in several dipes. . . Talk to Kim about what size you need based on your dc's measurements.

Definetely size up, they shrink alot. My x large dream eze are about the same size as my large swaddlebees.

i really love pattynaps (http://hyenacart.com/PattyNaps/) - she makes all kinds of diapers, so you'd have to read the label but i just got a T&T, SS, no-hemp cotton fitted from her that is wonderful! it's very trim and with the added doubler is pretty absorbent. i don't have a super-soaker mind you, but i love pattynaps.

only problem is that she doesn't stock a ton.
