Public countdown ticker?

I have treid copying & pasteing a Vbulletin code for a coundown ticker into the spot on my User CP, Edit Options, Misc Options, Countdown Ticker

But I cannot see it? Where does it show up? Do I have to put it in my siggy for it show in my replies?

Actually tickers arent allowed. The max image size is 50kb high by 150wide and tickers are to big.
