I will usually just dice mine all up and freeze it in meal size portions, to add to soups, or eggs or whatever sounds good.

thanks ladies. All our ham is gone, I used some for omelets. We made ham n cheese sandwiches. and I used the bone in some pinto beans and made a soup. Thanks to all the pp!
