Yes I am having problems with my computer too... It all started with the previous issues from the ads. I too am using explorer. Now I have to take my computer in to get cleaned. Costing me $120.00 to save money by buying used diapers. I will be looking into a new site I believe. Enough is enough.

and then go to Spywarehammer.com, post the log and follow all instructions given by the geeks over there. It's free and they know their stuff.

First thing they'll tell you to do is download ATF_Cleaner and ComboFix

another tip...download Flock web browser if you can and do your program installs from there if you can't do it through firefox or IE. Sometimes those bugs will block you from downloading solutions from them, but they don't recognize Flock.
