Cloth Etc. does some sherpa fitteds that have a snap in liner and mine always dry quickly! I have 2 all sherpa L PW fitteds if you're looking for some...

I have a couple of medium all sherpa BBL fitteds and LOVE them. Unfortunately my ds is outgrowing them.

My Velour Kids fitted is very quick drying- that is my dh's favorite.
