Possible food allergies?

My baby has red cheeks occassionally. He also has had fussiness, gas, green poo/diarrhea, and diaper rash. I am sure these are symptoms of some sort of food intolerance (to what I am eating-since he is BF/fed expressed milk).
I have started researching elimination diets, and it doesn't seem like there are very many food choices!

I agree with the food journal. I hope you can get some idea of what it might be, but it can take up to 2 weeks to get out of your system and another week to get out of his system. (this is what was told to us my our ped. allergist).
Elimination diets are very hard IMO, but can be done safely.
