Sick Kids!! (vent)

I am so frustrated!!!

We've been in the process of packing and moving out of our house for the last 2 weeks...and wouldn't you know, the kiddos have both gotten sick!! First it was some virus that made DD extremely feverish with earaches and just plain wiped out. That is technically still going on as I've heard it takes a good 2 weeks to run it's course. DS has also picked this up.

To add to it, this morning DD woke up with diarrhea and vomiting issues. This virus has also been going around our area. Needless to say this has put a huge kink in the moving process. Plus today was to be our last Sunday at our church and we were to have a "goodbye" luncheon and now I'm here at home with my sick kiddo.

Sorry, I know it's part of being a Mom and I'm not upset about that. It's the amazingly horrible timing that's so terribly frustrating!! We're at the "what else could possibly go wrong" point.

Oh I so totally know what you are going through!! We are moving out of our apartment to a house on the 27th of January and I haven't even been able to start packing yet!! The day before we signed our lease for the house (we are renting there too) ds#1 gets sick. Well now all 5 of us are sick!! Ds#1 is pretty much over it with ds#2 not far behind. I'm so sick I don't even want to move (I'm not getting better cause I'm not getting any sleep as ds#3 is sick and up most of the night!). Of course dh doesn't care cause he's sick to and when he's sick time must stop for him!! I know its part of being a mom too but man I have so much to do and with only 20 days to do it!! Really really not great timing here either!
At least know you aren't alone in what you are feeling! I'm right there with you!

I think everyone I know is sick or is getting over sick...
we got an ear infection here a couple days before christmas and it's FINALLY gone...my best bud in Tennessee has been battling some crud for almost a month now and her 3 year old is on his 3rd round of antibiotics. It's AWFUL!
