Creative cooks can you help me come up with a dinner with the contents in my house?

I am stuck on what to make for dinner tomorrow. I am not a very creative cook, really not much of a cook at all. I want the use up some frozen breaded chicken chunks that I got in our November Angelfood box.

Here are the ingredients I have in my house:
The frozen breaded chicken chunks
Frozen fries
Frozen carrot slices
Rice a Roni Herb and Butter
Rice a Roni Whole Grain Blends Roasted Garlic Italiano
Rice a Roni Parmesan and Romano Cheese
Cream of Mushroom Soup
Golden Mushroom Soup
A can of cut green beans (I also have frozen green beans)
Stove Top Turkey Stuffing
A jar of artichoke hearts
BBQ sauce
Chicken gravy pack
Potatoes
Can of 2% condensed milk
Box of Mac N Cheese
Ramen noodles
Eggs

Can anyone think of a good casserole or other meal that would work with some of the ingredients I have ? Thanks for your help
