I still feel them, but its not uncommon not to. They were really strong the first couple of months, but once my supply evened out, it wasn't so strong. I just get this heavy feeling, then she starts to gulp. I wouldn't worry about it if you don't feel them as long as she acts satisfied by the nursing session.

I've never felt them with either of my 2 boys or while pumping for my NICU girl.

if you're not feeling let downs try to stroke your breast from the collar bone towards the nipple. it simulates the let down feeling and can actually stimulate one if it's not happening.
