monthly cooking ?
i have a teeny freezer.. and i like my frozen veggies and fruits. how do i squeeze it all in there? my freezer is seriously smaller than a microwave.

1. buy a new, bigger freezer
2. Stop freezing so much stuff 3. use a food saver (vacuum sealer) so the packages are much smaller than Plasticboxes... I don't see more choices... |

I freeze my chicken marinades (no chicken) in ziplock baggies, so they lay flat, and then have one bag of chicken.
we get our corn and peas from a friend who owns a farm. we spend a day blanching and taking the corn off the cob. the peas are already out of their shell. therefore, they freeze flat in ziplock baggies too. Past that, you dont have many choices. casseroles are too big. |

if your freezer is smaller then a microwave I do not see how you can do monthly meals.
