I made this tonight and it's YUMMY!!

Eating a warm piece now. I usually use the no-knead, dutch oven way but this is really good. My dough was really stiff and had me worried, but it turned out perfect. TY for this!

i tried it as well and it was awesome!! very easy and i let my 4 year old help punch it down and knead a bit! i recommend it!!!

I tried this again the other day and made wheat this time, but did two loaves at once. Just wonderful! I did half whole wheat, half white flour and it was perfect. DS's are digging it as toast. Yummy!
