Re: recipe for bread please!

This is the BEST, EASIEST most YUMMY bread ever (as long as you have beer in the house...) I usually make a whole wheat similar version, but since you said you only had AP flour, here you go:

3 cups All Purpose flour
1 tablespoon sugar
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 tablespoon baking powder
12 or 14 oz. bottle/can of beer (any kind)

Mix dry ingredients then slowly add beer and stir. You may need to add some more water if using a 12 oz beer. Pour batter into a greased/sprayed loaf pan.
Bake at 375 for about 45 mins, depending on your oven.

YOU WILL LOVE THIS BREAD.

Re: recipe for bread please!

I made this one today and it's yummy. I hear it improves with time so I only baked 2 small loaves today and put the other 2 balls of dough into the fridge to chill for a few days. I have a bread machine and have tried numerous recipes, but this is the best tasting bread I've made and it was actually the easiest. All you need is yeast, salt, warm water, and flour!
