Oye! Such Pressure on my Pubic Symphysis!
The pubic symphysis is where the cartilage joint that connects the two sides of the pelvis together and I'm telling you... I can feel exactly where it is! Oye!
I'm having increasing Braxton Hicks, but no real cx or cramping. Just the pressure on my pelvic bone, hip joints, pelvic floor etc is taking my breath away! Standing up is soooo uncomfortable. Maybe I need to get DH to rub me down...maybe DTD. That helped w/this sort of pain months ago
