Aww, you're so sweet. How do you like the ll flats? Do you have a pic of your baby in one? I'm thinking of using those next time too. What verse are you memorizing? I took a Beth Moore study last summer on the Psalms of Ascent and we had to memorize one. I love doing that but def don't do enough of it.

I totally agree!!!!

WOTB: when I left for work a lavender Nana Bottom bamboo fitted and woolies

WOTA: work, Lunch with Mary Helen and DH, then when I get home, dinner and help finish organizing and cleaning DH's studio.

AOTD: We will all go to lunch and a movie on VD. MH does great at the movies.

DH just bought an engine of of craigslist to rebuild and drop into a Suzuki sidekick. He works better on his paintings and with MH if he has a side project like this to keep him happy.

We are headed to LA at the end of the month for a week. My aunt lives there and we are really excited to be going. She is having a home show for DH and we are seeing a few gallery owners.

Re: B2B - Back to Basics Monday

morning! Got a ton done this morning....

this morning I:
nursed the baby at 5am, not sure why she is waking so early these days after going to bed sooo late

showered
folded 2 loads of laundry
got 4 kids ready and off to the bus
signed 3 agenda books and wrote 1 ltr to Kindergartener
nursed baby again
got her to daycare/went to work in time to make morning meeting

only the norm on the agenda for tonight other then run to the store and grab a gal of milk or 2...I need to do whatever needs to be done around the house, make dinner get the kids to bed on time! OH, and make sure that they do their V-day cards for school.

I love love love the girls new haircuts! It is so easy to brush their hair this morning! And they can brush it themselves! Maybe now it will get done more then once a week! I know I shouldn't laugh about the but if I don't I will I brush it and braid/ponytail 3 times a week and it usually stays like that for some until showers and then back up again....

For V-day I have to take the kids to my niece's 3rd b-day party at 2pm and then home, my bf and I will have a nice dinner (or maybe Chinese take out ) after they go to bed and that's about it...He threatened to work that day so that he doesn't have to go with us It is a 40 min drive or so to my sister's

WOTB: the baby left the house in a trifolded UB LL prem prefold and a raspberry PUL cover...that is the setup for daycare today....UB LL prem prefolds with PUL covers (raspberry, light blue and lavender) I always pack 3 just in case!

What's on the agenda for today for everyone?

WOTB (what's on the bum?
I missed the B2B weekend thread as well. We had a somewhat busy weekend. DS got his first haircut and it was VERY bittersweet. Now, I have a big boy running around this house. His big sister thinks "his cheeks don't look as chubby".

WOTA: LOTS
-I am the MOPPETS coordinator for our group, so I have to make sure that all the childcare is lined up for the next 4 weeks and print out all the rosters and tags before I have this baby. So, I'll do that today.
-MORE LAUNDRY: towels, linens, blues
-return books to the library
-Put baby's clothes in the dresser we picked up from my parents' house.

Re: B2B - Back to Basics Monday

Morning, I missed the weekend thread too. It was super nice on Saturday and we ended up going to the mall and running some errands w/ my sister and her bf. I was trying to find some shoes for Levi, but no such luck. I'm thinking of ordering some online. We stayed at my dad's house w/ my sisters on Saturday because dh was gone at drill. Then sunday I permed my sister's hair. Today I need to do the house work I ignored all weekend.

Levi is finally back in cloth today, hopefully I got the diapers completely bacteria-free now and we won't have anymore ammonia burns. I soaked them for a couple hours in the washer w/ 6 scoops of oxiclean, then washed w/ tide to the 3 line and 1/4 cup of bleach, then a wash w/ just water. And then I ecovered the bamboo ones.
