dips n' spreads

If you had a box of hearty and delicious whole grain crackers, what kind of dip or spread would you make to dunk them in/spread on top? recipes please

I like whole grain crackers with spinach dip, I use 1 pkg knorr veggie soup mix, 1 pkg cream cheese, and 1 pkg frozen spinach defrosted and drained. I just mix it all together (I leave the cream cheese out for alittle while to soften) I've also added water chestnuts acouple of times.

Oh, that just sounds yummy! And I love easy recipes The water chestnuts sound like a great add-in; nice and crunchy!

I haven't made this yet but a friend gave me the recipe. I need to buy the cheese.

Drain a can of artichoke hearts and mash them up with a fork. Add 1/2 cup mayo, 1/2 cup parmesan, 1/2 cup mozzerella, 1 tsp garlic, salt & pepper. Spread in a pie plate that's been sprayed with Pam. Bake at 350* until lightly brown and bubbly.

Spinach dip as well...

But we like ours hot:
2 small packages of Frozen Spinach-defrosted and drained
Artichokes - drained and diced in the food processor
1 package cream cheese
1/4 cup mayo
1 clove minced garlic
1/2 cup of parmesan/ramano cheese
handfull of motz cheese
a bit of salt/pepper or garlic salt (depends on my mood!)

Mix it all together
We put a bit in a small cake pan (very small!) and bake 350 till bubbly....if you bake the whole thing it would take about 25 minutes.

I started to say, we put just a little in a small cake pan so that we have more for later on in the week! But you can make the whole thing if having company or you just want to eat the whole thing!
