Starla--I didn't read your response until after I typed my post directed to you. Figures.

Yes, we love the mini burgers around here. You can do so much with them. You can even mix veggies & rice into them. They are wonderful & an instant meal. I was excited to add those to our menu a week or 2 ago when Sara first told me about giving X a turkey burger.

Sara--I saw you were off to hang out with DH. If you're not back before I go to bed...Night!

Jaclyn--yeah, that UF sold in minutes. I had PMs waiting before I could even change the listing to sold.

Silke--I hope Fynn takes the bottle. I'm sure it's tough for you to be banned to the bedroom wondering and trying not to tend to him.

Alaina--sounds like you have a good sleeper! C is a good sleeper for the most part, she just doesn't require TONS of sleep. I'm surprised because DH could easily sleep for 24 hours, I think. I didn't get up before noon on Sundays before C was born.

I cook my sauce in the crock pot...or prego cooks a fabulous alternative to my homemade and even jars it up in airtight jars. I prego.

Marinara

2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil in a pan with some minced garlic and onions. brown the garlic and onions then add:

1 15 oz can of tomato sauce
1 small can of diced tomatoes
a dash of oregano
a dash of basil
a dash of red wine
a large amount of grated romano cheese
a small amount (1 tsp?) of sugar

Simmer for an hour. Mmmm. My kids will eat anything if it's covered in red sauce
