Those do look very similar! The Cestari seems a bit brighter though...

It is nice to know if you are going to knit small diameter stuff. I haven't ever bought a DPN but I can knit anything with ML or 2 circs. I am going to do some socks 2 at a time as soon as my needles get here.

Totally! I actually tried to knit some leg warmers for my 2 year old niece on DPN's. . . yeah. . um. . . didn't turn out the way I wanted. So ML is a MUST since I don't have the patience to work on the DPN's.

Oh and I want to do socks too! (in a few months)

yeah I've noticed that cestari takes dye lighter as well, I usually add a bit more dye when I do cestari to make it more true to the other bases.

I worry about this also, I am awful about writing things down, I usually just compare to past pics.

we have always done more random- just suited us better and i guess i also thought then we could move it around which would help out those that can never stalk at certain times...
random for sure

You are probably right with MM. I should have clarified that I have experienced lighter colors from LM on Cestari.

Corriedale is similar to BFL but a little more hairy. It doesn't "pill" as much but it gets hairier. I like it.
I like corriedale also, I love the way it takes dye, it always looks so rich and vibrant

Just stopping in after finishing dyeing some trim yarn. I dyed up some bright aqua targhee for my MM Coastal Sunset and some pretty lilac Cestari for a friend's colorway. I didn't have a chance to reskein her colorway to take pics, hopefully I will do have time tommorrow

I am so super excited about the DD Horsies tommorrow and I am going to be so sad if I don't get it. I'm prepping myself for dissappointment now since I know it is a long shot. There is SO much yummy yarn stocking tommorrow, but I've saved my pp just for DD. I am sad about selling RFR today and I need something to replace it with.

Anyone that wants to help me stalk, I'll dye you a skein of trim yarn FFS as a bribe.
What time? I'll help if I can, no bribe needed

On the wooly front....I got Morwenstow. Holy crap. It is *to.die.for* gorgeous. I am going to buy the pattern and cast on this weekend. I am so excited.
I'm about half way done a second Cub Cuddler. This one in a bulkier yarn. Fun knit!

So...what did I miss today?
Can't wait to see pics of it all knit up.
