Healthy prepared frozen meals

I need some suggestions for prepared meals (hungry-man or stouffers style) that I can buy at the store. It won't work if it's homemade, this is for when I am out and DH needs a quick eat from a box. Honestly, we need the picture on the box type of meal for SIMPLE microwave preparation.

The catch is that he can't have MSG or any of the other sneaky names that nasty stuff has. He gets horrible migraines from it.

Any suggestions? TIA!

To do it homemade, why not label it with what it is and directions for how to cook it??? That is what I do for my husband. And believe me, he is as helpless in the kitchen as they come!

It's that he can look in the freezer and see a box with a pic of wha to eat.

He CAN read labels, but WON'T if he's in a hurry, just eat a bag of cornchips and coke and complain that I didn't leave him anything to eat.

Try a natural food store, or the natural food section at your grocery store.

Maybe try Amy's brand. Most of the stuff is organic.

Hahaha mommymilk. My dh has three brothers, but your dh doesn't look like any of them. I think there may be lots of guys like our DHs, my dad included.

I bought som KAshi frozen dinners at the store today on sacle for $1.50!!! DH complained that it was too much $$ but I said they were for emergencies and told him he could eat them if I wasn't home. He looked at me blankly and agreed. I'll show him where they are in the freezer tomorrow

I will look into Amy's at Kroger, there were none at our Meijer.
