I'm not sure. They are both cute names. Can't really depend on me. The best I could come up with is Marvin haha.

Re: So I want to change DD's name...

I grew up with a name that is spelled phonetically but still chronically mispronounced. Honestly, it has driven me crazy my whole life. I think I would probably change it to Rowenna to at least cut down on the need for corrections.

I would change it. If I saw your daughter's name how its spelled now I would have absolutely no clue how its pronounced and I don't think anyone I know would either.

The original spelling is prettier, people will learn how to say it correctly given time.

I'd spell it Roenna, that seems pretty self-explanatory.

We don't vaccinate, we kept our sons intact, we use cloth diapers, we co-sleep, we extended RF, we breastfeed, but we watch too much tv and I totally dig plastic! Everyone has their issues, lol.

Re: So I want to change DD's name...

My This is how I see them pronounced.

Rouena = Roux (like the paste made from flour and water for cooking) ena (like emma but with an n)

Rowehna = Row (like row your boat) EEE -na (long E)

Rowenna = Row (like row your boat) ena (like emma with and n)

I vote to keep it.

And if it matters, my friend's little girl, they somehow spelled her name wrong on the birth certificate. And they really had a lot of trouble getting it changed to what they wanted.
