It sounds like you've had this before? If it gives you any smiles: when bouldering and needing to get down a steep section, what you did on your stairs is fondly called the "Butt Transfer Maneuver" or BTM.

Thanks all. Yeah, I'm pretty sure I'm going to get some Ulli today and make the gift from that. I really bought the Ume for myself and I think it wants to stay here.

And I don't have any scarfs and we leave for Park City in 2 weeks.

Hi girls!

Well LO was up early (maybe 5:30ish?)- both were... The 3yo finally went back to sleep in our bed - and the LO nursed off an on all morning. We were all up at 7-ish for good and the LO is already a grump. He won't even let me eat breakfast.

I want to finish my othe pair of NB longies today! I'm 3" into the legs so not much more.

And I got an interlock order in yesterday so that needs to get cut and underway today.

Amy, this is the colorway: http://www.etsy.com/view_transaction...on_id=13782112 I really wanted more, but Cynthia only does customs if you buy 4 or more skeins. That's a lot of cashmere! But Ulli is nice, too and would look lovely on my friend.

Sarena, I didn't end up seeing the twins yesterday.

I think Chana was overwhelmed, so I dropped off some gifts with our Rabbi (her husband) and we'll try to plan another day.

I want to knit at least one more pair of longies for the new guy. What should I knit? Already have Blue Goblin (NB/small hybrid), Elliot (Sheepy NB) and Yarnoodles Ponderosa in the Freckles pattern (hope to finish today!)

Thanks guys, I'm sure it will pass in a day or two, but I'll try the meclizine--that's dramamine right?

I've gotten vertigo like this a few times in the past ten years or so. Not commonly enough for me to see a doctor for it, but often enough that it's familiar.

I'm starting to get anxious to knit something in colorway after the treehuggers are finished. Anyone know when the Mosaic Moon trim is supposed to ship?

Y'all, Joel is walking all by himself without encouragement. I'm so proud of my little dude!
