My fingers are busy learning how to knit. It's hard typing and knitting at the same time. That's where I've been.

Re: ....:::::Come On In S'Bish Lovin' Mama's::::::.....

What size single layer wool cover should I get for DD?

Her naked measurements are:

Rise: 12"

Thigh: 9"

Waist: btwn 15" and 16"

Thanks if anyone can help. I'd rather they fit well now, not too worried about having a lot of growing room. She's almost 8 months old but is a "failure to thrive" baby with some sort of liver/metabolic problem.

Thanks!

Yay! Can't wait for your sbish stash pics on Friday! Hopefully I can join you but I don't have a shipping notice on my 2 pair of shorts. I did update my stash link a lot today, it's in my siggy and included are sbish pants.

Good for you mama! I have been catching up on a ton of housework. We had 3 overnight guests in the last 2 weeks. I told everyone on facebook that we have a vacancy at the Clark B&B til April.

I am going to guess a small for the single layer so it will be more comfy. But, I have never used one so maybe someone else can help you better?

Re: ....:::::Come On In S'Bish Lovin' Mama's::::::.....

really a med or large would fit, i know large sounds crazy! the med would fit perfectly though
s'bish wool runs narrow, but stretches nicely w/ wear, my DS who is 14 mos has a 16 inch waist and the larges fit him nicely

for the rise, its not a worry, i don't think i've ever heard of any baby growing out of the rise on s'bish wool, they all have very high rises, but its great for nice full coverage!

any other questions don't be hesitant to ask!

I would love me some grey shorts again, we sold our mediums that DS grew out of. They go with everything!

Do they consider the fact that you are putting the cover over a diaper in their sizing? The size chart is for baby's measurements right? If so she could wear a xs, s, or m. Large seems crazy because her rise is tiny, tiny, newborn tiny, lol!

The shorts in front are last years graphite. I had grey but feared K ruining them The grey pants have hardly been worn for the same fear

Carrie, I would think a medium *should* fit-but the leg holes might be big. If it were me, I would order, DONT wash and try on for fit. Erin will refund if you have not washed/lanolized the product.
Actually you might be better off searching FSOT for an EUC small from last year. my son wore the smalls until he was about 13 months old. The new wool is slimmer IME.
