Fitted dipe (or even pockets sometimes) under a luxe pull-on cover or tied longies/shorties.

Lately he's been running around commando with only Baby Legs on! We're PL'ing here.

we have always just put the dipe on backwards, pjs with zippers but no feet on backwards works also. Dh's solution is duct tape yep my eldest dd and my eldest ds have both worn duct tape around them to keep them from removing their diapers (they were in sposies though

, so I dont know if you can do that with cloth) hope you can find something that works.
