I'm resurrecting this thread because I finally had a chance to make these tonight! I only had 16 oz pkgs of spinach, though, so I had to guestimate. I think I guessed too much because I came out with WAY more than 20 nuggets.. there are 39 in the oven right now and more in the bowl to make still!
In any case, I hope they're as good as they sound! Thanks for posting this! ETA: I think mine came out more spinachy than they were supposed to, but they're still very tasty!

These sound great! We love spinach, so I will try them.
We only use fresh spinach, though. Would I just steam it breifly and then follow along with the recipe?

I'm making those tonight! Is it something my DH might be willing to eat or more of a Mommy and Kiddos lunch food. If so, I'll just make it tomorrow.
