Re: Please help!!!

I drink the teas, eat oatmeal, etc... I found the biggest help was drinking a ton of water, and pumping. I'm also on domperidone which obviously helped a great deal but it's hard to get in the US.

Re: Please help!!!

Ugh, funny thing is I just posted this same issue! I have a four month old who eats and then cries like there isn't enough. I pumped instead of breastfeeding him during a session, and got just 4 ounces out...measly!! I need advice too. I also tried the pumping between his eating sessions, and the fenugreek too(though the flavor is soo aweful to me). Thanks for the other tips!

Re: Please help!!!

Pumping is not a good indicator of supply and 4 oz is a great amount to get in one pumping session! Have you seen this info? http://www.kellymom.com/bf/pumping/milkcalc.html There's also a growth spurt around 4 months and it also tends to be when babies become alot more distractible. Here's some more info http://www.kellymom.com/bf/concerns/...e-nursing.html
