I know it's hard to NOT blame yourself but you really can't do that as I am sure you had nothing to do with it. Take care of yourself, take it easy for awhile.

How many weeks along were you? When was the last time you went to the DR? I thought you were quite a bit further than 13 weeks(since you were about 4 weeks ahead of me and I'm 12 now)... I'm wondering if the Dr couldn't have caught something earlier...depending on how long ago you went to the Dr.

I'm sorry for your loss.
I don't think your past decisions had anything do with your losses.
My mom has had about 2-3 abortions, 1 D&C and one stillbirth. And she still went on to have kids!
If you doc said that the baby wasn't developed properly, then it was a chromosonal thing...NOT you or what happened in the past!

I hope you feel better soon! Take some time for yourself, and let yourself greive. Major hugs for ya!!!
