I need haircut ideas for my DS.

I just don't know what to do with his hair anymore. It's at a point to where it doesn't go down. It literally sticks straight up. Even if I brush it, it sticks straight up. He looks hilarious! How could I cut it to help it stay down and not look so out of control?

when he gets out of the bath, blow dry it on low while you comb it so the hair goes down. if you cut it, the hair will still stick up, they will just be shorter..I think..lol

Yup, tried that, it will still go straight up. DH is like this too, which is why he shaves his head.

I think he's handsome!! I love that look, I would keep the sides shorter and the top longer so it will lay nicely, but you could put mouse in it and give it that "ruffled" up look, what am I talking about I have 3 girls!

Do you brush it down when it's wet? That's just how my DS looks when DH bathes him because DH doesn't brush his hair, he just let's it go and it looks WILD! haha

Yes, I always brush right after his bath, and it'll stay down while wet, but as soon as it dries, it sticks straight up.

I never thought about putting gel or mousse. I never wanted to do it at his age i guess. He's so little.

personally I like his hair and I'd leave it to grow longer then maybe it will just stay down.

I think it's cute! I have a similar problem with my DS, only his hair is curly and sticks in every direction. Nothing makes it lay flat. He's still little enough that it's cute, but as he gets older I think the only 2 options are cutting it super short or using hair product (which I don't like the idea of on a little one either).
