I guess many of you already had dinner.
I'm making this Stove Top recipe. . .so easy and yummy. It took me longer to post this than to make dinner!

We were super creative today. We enlisted the help of Pizza Hut.

Two of our kids had soccer practice. Unfortunately, one of our cars broke down a few days ago so there was a lot of running around seeing as their practices started within 15 minutes of each other and the place they each practice was in two different directions. That was fun!

We had chicken Fried Rice, with tater tots, Salad and French Bread (wow thats a lot of starch I fed the family LOL)

We had cooked diced potatoes mixed with bbq sauce wrapped in tortillas, with eggs over easy also in the wraps. We had apple slices cooked with butter, brown sugar, and cinnamon on the side.
