Need Easter Ham Recipe!

Anyone have a delicious, easy ham recipe? My ham is always tasteless and dry. Crock-pot recipe would be great, but I'd do oven too!

I make the Alton Brown ham for Thanskgiving and Easter, and everyone always LOVES it and I have none left. Plus, I buy like the cheapest ham and it always turns out great. It's worth a little bit of extra effort--trust me.

You can use a little coke instead of bourbon.

I usually buy a spiral ham and do it in the oven. I dump a can of coke over the top of the ham and let it bake at 350 for a few hours (depends on the size of the ham). Baste occasionally.

If your ham is dry you are probably leaving it in the oven too long.

I'm not a big fan of ham, so I don't make it too often. But one thing I have done is mix brown sugar and apple juice and baste the him with it.
