Chicken casserole or any type of casserole is simple and easy. Most of the ingredients you probably already have.

My quickest dinner is a steam baked fish with potato pearls, and green beans or asparagus (since it's in season now).

Re: Quick! Dinner Ideas

If you have a rice cooker...

pour into the rice cooker:
1 1/2 cups of rice
fill with water to the 1 3/4 marker
add chopped frozen chicken (pre cooked then frozen)
add shredded cabbage or chopped brussel sprouts
turn rice cooker on
once done, put into bowls w/ some soy sauce

in about 20 minutes, you will have your own teriakki bowls

Tator Tot casserole if you have some ground beef/turkey thawed or if you don't have any type of meat thawed, meatless spaghetti is a good choice!

I try and keep on hand ingredients for quick and easy suppers.

Also, tuna noodle casserole is good too!
