Help - What else do I need?
I'm making the switch from sposies to cloth
I have some magic-alls coming in the mail this week. I also have all the supplies (I think) to make diapers I'm just waiting on my order of suedecloth and touch tape. I have tea tree oil, plenty of wipes, and a small wetbag coming soon. I need to get a different kind of laundry soap (I use baby all for her clothes and all free and clear for ours - I read that the All F&C can create build-up - so I was thinking Arm & Hammer F&C). I need a pail liner. What else do I need? Any tips for a first timer? |

Re: Help - What else do I need?
What kinds of dipes are you planning on making? Aio's? Pockets? Fitteds? I'd try a few dif. types of the style before actually sitting down and making them - that way you know what you like and don't like and can add to the pattern you have with more experience, you know? Sounds like you're into aio's - I'd def. try a few dif. types. How many magicalls are on their way? You might want to get enough for at least last a day and a half so you can wash just once a day.
Personally, I like having 2 wetbags, otherwise I'm stuck washing one everyday. We use purex free and clear with no problems. Good luck! |

Re: Help - What else do I need?
Thanks!
I think I'll start with some AIOs, they seem the "easiest" to make and to become familiar with. I'm searching FSOT and ebay for some different types of diapis so I can have a better idea what I like. Thanks for the suggestion. (Tax refund, come soon so I can finish my shopping :P ) |
