I made homemade pasta last night

without a machine and it was soooo yummy. whole wheat flour, eggs, salt and water!

cheapo too!

You rock!!! Mine has never tasted right when I do it and it seems I can't get it rolled thin enough so it tastes more like a dumpling

it was a bit thick for the first time making it..i kept running out of room on the counter to keep rolling it out further. My motto is if Dh or Ds doens't complain and they eat it..i can take a little off kilteredness to it Next time i will try and roll it out thinner though! Dh poured a tiny bit of pasta sauce on his and a bit of cheese and loved it

meeeee too! I had one i found at goodwill abuot 6 years ago but i didn't quite get the hang of it and when we moved i let this lady talk me out of it

I love fresh pasta! I found my pasta roller at a thrift store and it's the best tool ever.
