Is shredded deli turkey meat good on baked potatoes?

A friend asked me today if she could come over tmrw and since I'm a SAHM I welcome her visit!

For lunch I think I'm going to have bake potatoes. So question - I have shaved smoked turkey from the deli (prob not enough for 2 sandwiches which is why I'm doing baked potatoes), do any of you eat lunch meat, like turkey on your baked potato? Or is this yuck?

I don't have time to make the trek to the grocery store so I'm using what I have on hand. Baked potatoes with cheese, chopped black olives (I WISH I had chives!) and I'm thinking the turkey???? I've eaten chopped ham in baked potatoes but never shaved turkey.....

Anyway, that plus spinach dip and cauliflower and wheat crackers.
