I have one.. I'm hispanic and all we use for our corn tortillas is water and maseca [brand of masa]. no salt, fat.. etc.
if it's sticking to your press.. cut out shapes to match your press out of a plastic bag. that's how my mother and grandmother, etc do it. put the masa in the middle of the plastic and press.. they shouldn't stick! if they do, you aren't using enough water. |
