do your twins work each other up?

we have the hardest time with the boys working each other up and into a frenzy of 3.5 yo excitement that we can't get through to them. like to ask them something/tell them that they have 5 mins left in the bath/to play outside/whatever. or when we are trying to get them dressed (for the day or for bed) and the wildness and sillyness is just so LOUD and...i don't know. they just don't seem to even hear us or know we are there for that matter. its maddening!!

and of course, when they are alone they are fine- cooperative, able to put their own clothes on, helpful, etc. but obviously we can't keep them separate all day!

how do you deal with this? cuz im going crazy over here!
