Help: Potty Training...

Jake is not quite 2.5yrs old, but he was doing well with using the potty to pee (and even to poop a couple of times). He would tell me when he had to go and then he'd st on his little potty and go.

But he's starting to pull back and not use his potty nearly as often. He will go in his underwear, then take it off and want a new one, but won't go in the potty lately. He will occasionally tell me he needs to use the potty when I go and I'll sit him up on the big potty (he doesn't like his seat cover anymore, he likes to hold himself on the full size toilet, lol) and will go a little bit.

So I guess what I'm asking is, how do I get him back on track? Does anyone know any "fast potty training" techniques?
I don't want to go out and buy books/tools etc since we are tight on cash rght now.
We are saving up for our first trip to disneyworld in september and I'd like him to be fully potty trained by then to make things easier and so I don't have to pack diapers/trainers lol.
