Hi mamas!

It has been great getting to know you all in our Due Date Club, but alas, we have to make room for the due in April 10 mamas!

So as promised, here is our new DS home to hang out, chat about life and the babies, share pics, and discuss whatever our heart desires. Remember we also have facebook and the DIA free forum to hang out and if one of them doesn't see much action, we can look at dropping one, but until we hit that crossroad, here is another option to help keep everyone in touch!

So to get us started, please post your info/photos when you have a chance and then letting the chatting commence! ( I know we all already know each other, but since this is the permanent thread, I thought it would be nice to post our info again!)

My name is Summer and I have three beautiful children. Kevin (almost nine), Kennyth (19 months) and Sofiya (16 weeks)

I live in Moorhead, MN and I am a WOHM. DH is a plumber and I am a manager for McDonald's. I have recently decided that when the oppertunity arises, I am going to go to school to become and RN focusing on lactation consultant.

Sofiya Marjean (due 4/5/9) was the first of our due date babies to be born. She was born at 35.5 weeks on March 5, 2009, weighing 6lbs. She spent ten days in the NICU before coming home with us. While overall she is healthy, her prematurity has caused some problems for her. She continues to be on a monitor for sleep apnea and while weight has been a problem, she has finally mastered nursing and is growing chunckier by the day

At 14 weeks, we had finally hit the 10lb mark!

We mainly use prefolds, thirsties covers, and wool. (Sposies for daycare

My name is Lindsay. I have a wonderful husband 10-31-08 name Nick. I have two beautiful little girls as well Cadence Marie 10-5-04 and Irie Elizabeth 4-9-09

Irie was born at 6lb 1oz and has been gaining weight very well she is now about 12lbs (was 10 at her last appt). She wears mainly prefolds and wool or occasionally fleece because she gets a rash with anything else. Which is ok I love love love our woolies

I am a sahm which can be very overwhelming but I would not trade it for the world. I decided I really want to become a doula so now I am trying to get in contact with an organization to sponsor a workshop that is actually in my area.

So random? Am I the only one who really really misses being pregnant? Just went through all my pregnancy photos and I want to cry I loved my belly! lol I am so pathetic

I miss the good parts of being pregnant. Not so much the sickness, fatigue, and other icky things.

I remember for the like the first month after Sofiya was born, I kept putting my hands on my belly forgetting the baby wasn't there anymore
