Good to know about the house brand. I have NO idea if there is a "season" here. I think that w/ the exception of fishing and some hicks that go out to the boonies and shoot at random birds or illegally at bears or gators, if you hunt for real you leave FL! Okay, no one blast me if your DH does major hunting in FL. I just don't know about it. Like I said, not a fan of killing animals for the fun of it!

ETA: okay, my dh just informed me that FL is a bird sanctuary (I had forgotten about that) so bird hunting is never allowed, although there is a gator "season" and stuff, although he doesn't know when it is either! Summer, I would guess?

Don't you have boar hunting? We don't hunt either but dh's friend hunt's wild boar there, lol!

a little bit of bleach works. YOu can get the non chlorine kind at health food stores.

If you have hard water, maybe some calgon? Never tried it, but I've heard that it helps when you think you have it clean (no suds) but they still stink. Supposedly it's something about the minerals from the hard water building up and (yadayadayada...don't remember...blahblahblah).........anyway, it's helped other people!
