Sourdough biscuts no baking powder or soda?

I love making bread using my starter (no commerical yeast). Using the almost no knead method. I have made sourdough biscuts but they call for baking powder or soda. I wanna make it without all that, using the starter as the leavening. Any recipes? Any other baking recipes using starter?

Well, from how I understand it, to make a flaky buiscuit-like texture, you need to use baking powder/soda. If you use a yeast (like a sourdough starter), you will get...well...a roll.

Feel free to correct me if I'm wrong.
