FREEZABLE chicken tender recipe

I need a recipe/instruction for homemade chicken tenders that I can prepare then freeze.

I don't want to feed Elijah the store-bought tenders as they are so full of junk, but right now I DK how to make them on my own.

Any ideas?

Thanks again!

Re: FREEZABLE chicken tender recipe

I buy chicken breasts and slice them into tenders then coat them with either ranch dressing or italian dressing then bread with Italian bread crumbs. My 2.5 yo is a garlic lover so I always add garlic powder to the bread crumbs. I bake them until their done then let them cool and freeze flat on a cookie sheet before transfering to a freezer container/baggie.

ETA You could dredge in milk instead of dressing too, just something to make the bread crumbs stick. Another idea is dijon or honey mustard which is how I do our pork chops.

Re: FREEZABLE chicken tender recipe

you could also fry them. I think any way you cook them, you can freeze them. Im going to try the recipe above.
