need yogurt help
I've been making yogurt for a couple weeks now and my family LOVES it! It has been working out just fine for me but the batch I opened up this morning looks like curdled milk with yellowish liquid separated out from the thicker white part. I've had a bit of separation before but not this much. What did I do wrong? It seems to taste okay. Is it okay to eat?
