Does anyone make potstickers? Any recipes or tips?

We love these, but they are expensive to buy. Has anyone tried making them? Thanks!

I make 'em!

I use the wonton wrappers at the store(I find them usually next to the tofu and such) But they will be with the produce section either way.

I use pork, seasoned with a little bit of dry sherry, little bit of rice wine vinegar, tsp. sugar, tsp. pepper, tsp. salt, and about 1/4 cup of scallions..mix it all up, and form into small balls(like just slightly larger then an average size marble)..once thats finished, grab a wrapper, wet the edges(all sides), put a meat ball in, and fold one corner over to the other corner of the wrapper. Press the air out and seal all edges..then I fold in all the corners. Once this is finished, put some reg. veg. oil in a skillet, put several potstickers in, throw in just a little bit of water and cover for 6-7 minutes..taking the lid off the last minute to let them crisp up a little in the pan.

I serve with soy sauce mixed with a splash of rice wine vinegar in it.

I make mine with turkey, cabbage, and green onions. I love adding a bit of ginger and garlic too! I like to pan fry til the bottoms are golden brown then add a bit of chicken broth and a lid to steam.

I make my dipping sauce with soy sauce, rice vinegar, sesame oil, chili oil, honey, and green onion tops.

This is pretty much how I make mine, except with ground pork. They are soooo yummy. I actually got my recipe from one of my asian friends who cooks some delish food!
