I'm not Michelle, but I've never personally had issues with compression leaking with fleece.

No I haven't ever had any leaks with fleece. Try it and see if you like it. It's got enough grab to stick to your undies even if there aren't any wings, and it's super cheap, especially when you start grabbing old fleece blankets and stuff like that out of the closet.
