Fresh tomato recipes??

We're getting lots of tomatoes in our garden this year and I'm not sure what to do with them all.

Anyone have any recipes to share?

Here's a recipe you might love. It's called Loc Lac and calls for fresh tomatoes, onions, and salad. It's topped with marinated beef and you dip it into a sauce that you then eat with rice. I love it and made it the other day. Sometimes we serve it with a fried egg too.

We have made:
fried green tomatoes,
homemade salsa,
homemade tomato sauce,
pitas with hummus/cucumber/tomato/italian dressing,
tomato, mozzarella and balsamic

and we STILL HAVE TOMATOES!!

I know the feeling. I made salsa, we had BLT's and tacos to use up tomatoes. But DH just brought in a whole bunch more.

I'm not sure how to make sauce. How do you yours? Do you just make to eat or do you put some up too?
